Horrible owner & daycare! Go on Office of Child Care licensing website for Delaware and see all the substantiated complaints. The owner doesn't know how to talk to you and she can't keep teacher for longer than 4 months. The turnover is ridiculous! You don't know from day to day which classroom your child will be in or if that class will even be open! Horrible horrible horrible! Ask around before you put your child in! She has cameras and can NEVER find out anything that has happened to your child.
